Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PHP.

Shipping

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition and packaging.

  • Sale items and accessories are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Changes

  • If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Once shipped, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled.


Lost or Damaged Items

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by couriers.

  • If your item arrives damaged, kindly contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
